Restoring Health is offering a 6 week intense set of weekly classes to strengthen your core stability and improve your general fitness and wellbeing.
Classes will consist of a maximum of 5 people or can be worked out on a one to one basis to for greater attention and a bespoke experience if you require.
One to one
One to one sessions available upon request and is a bespoke way to achieve a specific goal. Whether it be to lose weight, tone up, improve your general health or look at diet and exercise.
- Taking action on engaging different core muscles and showing you the difference when engaging your core.
- Working with you on various poses, stretches and breathing techniques that engage core and also educates as to how vital core stability is for balance.
This class will enable you to work on strengthening your core and you will take away valuable knowledge on how to do this at home for a more intense strength.
When engaging your core it is important to know what stability this has for the other parts of your body which would normally overcompensate.
