Our Treatments
STT- Advanced Sports Massage

Sports Massage is the management, manipulation and rehabilitation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, ligaments and tendons. This therapy is very popular amongst sportsmen and women when dealing with injuries or the prevention thereof.

STT- Advanced Remedial Massage

Remedial Massage deals with any concern that arise from a cause other than a sporting activity. This could be occupational or recreational, and often results in poor posture and muscle imbalances.

STT- Hydrotherm Therapy

Hydrotherm is a 3 Dimensional Massage Treatment that is performed on warm water cushions that are placed on a massage couch. The treatment can be oiled or non oiled. The client lies face up and does not have to turn over, which is ideal for people who do not like to lay face down or who are unable to.

STT- Pregnancy Massage
Treatment can be done through your clothes or by using oil on the skin. The client lies face up and does not have to turn over, which is ideal for people who don’t like to lie face down. The therapist works between the cushions and the client’s body using upward pressure. The warm water relaxes the muscles and the water supports the body, this gives a floating sensation.
STT- Neil Asher

The Niel Asher Technique for Frozen Shoulder is a trigger point therapy designed to aid a faster recovery. Frozen shoulder can be very painful and frustrating due to the decreased range of movement. It is not fully known what triggers Frozen shoulder but it seems to follow after a serious injury or operation. Left to its own devices the process of freezing, frozen and thawing can take a few years to return to normal and people may still find that their movement is not what it used to be. However, with the Niel Asher Technique, it has been found that this process can be greatly reduced with regular sessions and is much more likely to regain full movement.

STT- Workshops

We have an ever-increasing demand to share our knowledge on various topics and are therefore developing a growing number of workshops that will empower our clients with a better understanding. These include a course on learning safe massage techniques for a friend, understanding your Core and Stretching Workshops.

PEMF

Pulsed Electro Magnetic Field Therapy (PEMF) can help with pain management and sports enhancement by improving blood circulation and increasing cell metabolism. We offer PEMF to our clients alongside their regular massage treatment in association with New Med Ltd.

PEMF may be of interest to you if you are struggling with:

  • Pain
  • Poor mobility
  • Poor sleeping patterns
  • Low energy levels
  • Generally feeling unwell
